10 Marvel Nemesis: Rise Of The Imperfects

No Hero Will Survive

In Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects, there is an alien invasion, and it’s up to the heroes and villains of the Marvel universe to stop them. Heroes like Captain America and Hulk are killed during the intro while others die at the end of certain missions, making it one of the gloomiest Marvel games ever made.

The game adapts many different characters and playstyles, allowing Spider-Man to webswing and the Human Torch to heat his flames and fly. The PSP version of the game features exclusive characters such as Magneto and Captain America, who survive in that version.

The Avengers game might have been disliked due to being structured as a live service game, but deep down, it has the ingredients to be an enjoyable experience. The story follows Kamala Khan as she goes from being a longtime fan of the Avengers to becoming Ms. Marvel.

Her powers are fun to use, and you can also play as Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, and Thor. Each hero feels like they have a unique play style and their powers feel authentic.

If you are a fan of couch co-op then Lego Avengers is the game for you. Lego Avengers covers both the events of Loki’s invasion of New York and the Rise of Ultron. There were also single levels based on some of the earlier Marvel standalone films leading up to the team-up.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales continues the story that began in the first game; it follows Miles Morales, who was introduced as Peter’s protégée. With more villains on the loose and Peter taking some time off to be with MJ, Miles Morales takes the role of Spider-Man in his absence.

While many of the mechanics are similar to the first game, this one also gives Miles Morales his own set of abilities. These include venom shots and stealthy camouflage, and it also takes place during the Christmas season, allowing for some neat snowy visuals.

Meanwhile, Peter Parker starts using the Symbiote which grants him extra powers while also slowly corrupting him, so, can Miles step up and save his mentor or will he become fully consumed and become a far greater threat?
