OGDEN — The annual Ogden Twilight concert series is set to return Thursday with a distinctly international feel, as Phoenix (Versailles, France) and Metric (Toronto, Canada) will take the stage at Ogden Amphitheater alongside Beastie Vee (Réunion Island, France).

That theme continues with the latest — and last — announced date for the series.

Per a Facebook post Tuesday afternoon, the lineup for the summer concert series’ final unannounced show on Friday, Aug. 23, will be Alvvays (Prince Edward Island, Canada) and The Beths (Auckland, New Zealand). They’ll be joined by Utah’s own Homephone.

The post noted that VIP and general admission tickets for the Aug. 23 show will go on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m. on 24Tix. It was further noted that limited GA season passes are still available, while VIP season passes are sold out.

Alvvays’ song “Belinda Says,” from the 2022 album “Blue Rev,” was nominated for best alternative music performance at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards. The band will be in California and Arizona for tour dates this week.

The Beths will hit the road in August. Their 2023 single “Watching The Credits” made it onto former President Barack Obama’s summer playlist that same year.

Meanwhile, Homephone opened for Unknown Mortal Orchestra at the Kilby Block Party kickoff last week.

The full lineup for Ogden Twilight 2024 is as follows:

  • Thursday: Phoenix, Metric and Beastie Vee.
