The problem is that Trump doesn't know about it.

Akin to Hamas accepting the cease fire agreement. Israel didn't know about these terms and certainly didn't agree to anything that doesn't involve hostage releases.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

When Israel says that there are no live hostages then Hamas will be destroyed, because, Israel has openly stated that the Palestinians are the real hostages. But the Palestinians say that they are Hamas. So you can see how this is going to go.

You might have some competition from people like me who are already talking to banks about it.

Some of us don’t need to talk to banks, we got cash

That wouldn't surprise me at all. In fact, that makes a lot of sense when you look at the situation.

Too late boys. I closed on it yesterday. Got it under contract at $18.5 million thanks to the Judge. I got a bank appraisal on it for $750 million. Did a cash out deal with the bank and put a $350 million first mortgage on it and pulled $382,000,000 cash out of it at closing. Anybody got any really good hunting land they are wanting to sell. No parcels smaller than 3,000 acres please. Dont want my inbox to get too cluttered up with small unmanageable parcels that I'm not interested in. Get'em in quick boys. I'm planning to limit my Alabama holdings to just 35,000 acres. By the way, we'll have an ALDEER party at Mar Lago once I get done with the renovations and it's brought up to ALDEER standards.

From I understand Mar-a-Lago does not have a fish cleaning station and its right on the water, so we would have to build one of those first. A bigger pier would also be nice, and does it have a boat ramp? I cant remember.

All part of bringing it up to ALDEER standards. You'd figure that Don Jr, liking to hunt and fish, would've already gotten with the Donald on it, but it must've fallen through the cracks while Don was busy running the country. All that's getting fixed right now. For those looking for investment advice, while I scouting properties and other investments, I put the $382,000,000 in a MM at 5.5% and it's earning $55K/day so the beer and party fixings are on me. Y'all just need to show up. I'll send the jet to pick-up anyone that lives too far away, or is too old, to drive.
