Joe Swash has shared why he's 'lost his evenings' with Stacey Solomon after she admitted to feeling 'broody'. Fans of the married couple will know the pair live in their gorgeous home, named Pickle Cottage, with their children.

Joe, 42, and Stacey, 34, share three young children together - Rex, four, Rose, two, and one-year-old Belle - while Stacey also has a 15-year-old son named Zachary and a 12-year-old son named Leighton who she shares with former partners and Joe is also dad to teenage son Harry.

While Loose Women star Stacey documents her home life on social media, having amassed millions of followers thanks to her relatable personal content as well as her household tips, DIY hacks and glimpses into her blossoming career as a TV presenter and a homeware and jewellery designer, former EastEnders star Joe is usually less active on social media.

That was until recently when he appears to have stepped up his Instagram game, sharing pictures from the family's recent caravan break and previous motorhome adventure. But it one of his latest posts, Joe gave a glimpse into what it's really like living with Stacey.

In a video posted to his profile, Joe was filming his wife as she tended to the family's vegetable patch in their sprawling garden. As he sat back and watched Stacey, complete with head torch, as she hovered around the growing veggies. he asked: "What is she doing?"

He then asked her: "Are your babies all tucked away and ready for the night ahead?" But Stacey didn't seem to appreciate it as she bit back: "You think it's a joke, right? What do you call that?" as she held a slug out on her hand. As he said what it was, Stacey remarked: "Thief. That's what that is."

But as she made her way back towards their outdoor seating area, Stacey did giggle before Joe asked: "Are you going to bed? Are you happy? Is your mind put at rest?" Over the video, Joe wrote: "Behind every kid successfully growing veg is a mum protecting their patch," alongside a crying laughing emoji

He then captioned the post to his fans and followers: "I’ve lost my evenings with my wife to a bunch of slugs [crying laughing emonji]. No one can say she doesn’t go above and beyond to make the kids dreams come true."

And fans were quick to praise Stacey for her efforts. @mrs.jenni.t said: "She's bloody amazing....I hate a slug.....love my kids...I'd do the same, but gag, a lot!!!! What a Mum. What a wife." @xdeniloux commented: "She is just the best." @fall_withgrace wrote: "Oh this is so sweet and funny." @the.wildfawn.clothing.co added: "Oh Stace you hero."

It comes after Stacey recently admitted to feeling 'broody' for baby number six after heading to her local Primark store where she experienced her latest 'pinch me' moment. It came after the presenter emotionally confirmed her latest childrenswear collection with the high-street retailer.

After sharing the news of her collection, Stacey shared an update as she headed to Lakeside with her lookalike sister Jemma to take a glimpse at her new collection in store for the first time. "Honestly, this will never, ever feel real!" the mum-of-five confessed as she posed with Jemma outside the shop where the clothes were proudly displayed.

She then filmed herself checking out the range inside with her children's modelling shots seen dotted around. But picking up a tiny swimsuit, Stacey confessed: "This made me broody. Why are my kids not that size anymore?" The Sort Your Life Out host then headed to a bit of her own shopping before later sharing the things she picked up including a new beach bag, a straw hat and a handy cosmetics case that had been embroidered with an 'S'.
