He is survived by : his children, Charles W. Marshall Jr. (Victoria) of Rotunda West, FL, Dr Michael J. Marshall (Amy) of Bedford, NH, Margaret Lee (William) of Westerly, RI and Lisa DiMauro (Thomas) of Eastham, MA.; and his grandchildren, James Hokkanen (Jessica), Bill Lee (Katie), Amy Martin (Dennis), Mollie Johnston (Jestin), Val Flanagan (Doug), Tommy DiMauro and Bailey Marshall.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bartholomew Church (736 Middle Tpke E, Manchester, CT 06040). The military honors was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at the East Cemetery (220 E Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A burial was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at the same location.
