Experience with Customer Service?
Hey y’all. Been having an absolutely atrocious time with Spirit’s customer support in getting a resolution due to issues that arose from flight delays.
Long story short: they had to do “maintenance” on the flight which caused a two hour delay. This made me miss a doctors appointment which had to be rescheduled to later this month. I already had tickets for another appointment around the end of the month, and basically asked spirit if they could just move me from the morning flight that I’ve already paid for, to something a couple days prior.
Customer support reps aren’t even in line regarding the communication around their policies. Now they’ve even cancelled both of my existing flights that I’d already paid for without a refund or even my consent to cancel said flights.
Is this usually how Spirit’s customer support is?
I usually use chat (on iPhone, it’s a dedicated text message thread). They’ve usually been super helpful.
