Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Doctoral degree in Immunology or related field
  • Strong background in cellular immunology
  • Proficiency in flow cytometry
  • Experience in handling primary immune cells
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Motivation to contribute to the described project
  • Comfortable with mouse research
  • Desirable: Experience in high-dimensional data analysis, handling infectious samples, and CD8 T cell immunology

Job Description: As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will collaborate with the Gerlach and Gredmark Russ labs to translate fundamental knowledge into clinical applications in anti-viral CD8 T cell immunity. Your responsibilities include processing clinical samples, conducting advanced flow cytometry, planning and executing experiments, analyzing data, and communicating results within and outside the research groups. You will actively participate in research meetings, journal clubs, and contribute to the collaborative research environment.
