The Secretariat of Economic Development, Livestock and Agriculture, announces the list of the 23 beneficiaries selected within the Padrino Plan “Equines recovered from contract 1001.84.2210.2023, through which the replacement of animal-drawn vehicles with motor vehicles was carried out. motorcar type to members of the Caballitos de Oro association.
The selection of the beneficiaries who will adopt the horses was carried out through meeting minutes number 003 of May 3, 2024, at the facilities of the Ministry of Economic Development, Livestock and Agriculture, by the technical committee for the selection of beneficiaries, the which is made up of:
- Secretariat of Economic Development, Livestock and Agriculture.
- Health Secretary
- Contractor’s executor or his delegate
- Representative of the community of beneficiaries of replacement of animal traction vehicles.
The committee made the selection according to the selection criteria that were contemplated in resolution 232 of April 2024, which specified:
– Be registered as a producer in the Single Registry of Agricultural Extension
– Form family nucleus
– Ownership or lease of a property in the municipality not larger than one hectare
– Belong to a vulnerable population group
– Survey rating.
Once compliance with these criteria was reviewed, the technical committee selected the following list of beneficiaries:
