A man called police about his live-in girlfriend acting violently for the second time in nine months. Actually, he said last week's incident happened twice.

The officer in Florida spoke to the victim in the couple’s driveway at 1:30 a.m. last Tuesday, May 7.

“Recently,” the arrest report said, “the defendant has been violent with the victim and has been constantly accusing him of cheating on her with a neighbor and multiple other women.

“Yesterday afternoon, the defendant scratched the victim's face; however, he did not contact law enforcement.

“This evening, as the victim was asleep, the defendant slapped him on his head without warning and told him that his girlfriend was outside climbing the fence to get onto their property.”

The officer mentioned seeing “a scratch on the left cheek area of the victim's face” and trying to speak to his girlfriend, “who was still inside the home,” but that took a while and wasn’t easy.

“I knocked on the door and the defendant would only speak to me through the door,” the arrest report continued. “I asked the defendant multiple times to open the door to continue my investigation, but she refused to do so.

“I asked the defendant to cooperate with me and to provide her side of the story.

“I also asked her to allow the victim inside the home to obtain his wallet and immediate belongings. The defendant still refused and was being irrational.
“She responded that he needed to get with his other woman for his items.

“The victim unlocked the door and as he tried to push it open, we noticed the defendant placed a large [piece of] furniture against the door in an attempt to barricade herself.

“I continued trying to reason with the defendant, but she refused to comply.

“Moments later, the victim unlocked the door once more and pushed the door open enough to move the furniture.

“I met the defendant at the door and asked her to step out.

“I placed my left foot against the door to prevent her from shutting it once more.
“The defendant attempted to shut the door and demanded multiple times that I move my foot.

“I grabbed the defendant’s right arm, and she immediately pulled it away from me.

“I unholsted my Taser and warned her that she would be tased if she did not comply.
“The defendant immediately exited the residence, turned around, and placed her arms behind her back.”

According to the arrest report, she was secured but she wasn’t quiet.

“The defendant denied ever touching the victim and began accusing him of being the one that battered her,” it said. “There were no visible injuries to the defendant.”

Then, “The defendant was hysterical during the arrest and transport to the jail and exhibited signs of paranoia.
“The defendant mentioned that we’re all being watched on scene by one of his women who was hiding in the bushes.”

The arrest report noted that the victim's two sons were sleeping in the home at the time. In fact, one was in the bed, but he did not wake up.
