Goals from Rodri and Phil Foden saw them cross the line, despite an Arsenal win vs Everton.

Manchester City have won the Premier League title for a record fourth time in a row after beating West Ham 3-1 on the final day of the season.

Phil Foden scored twice in the first-half to help ease some early nerves at the Etihad.

He tells Sky Sports News, it's an achievement that will always be remembered:

"I think now we've out ourselves in the history books. No team's ever done it."

You see what it means to the fans, and what it means to us. Working all year for this moment, it's such a special feeling to share it with the fans," he added.

A late goal for Arsenal couldn't secure the title for Mikel Arteta's side. A late goal from Kai Havertz ensured they won on the final day, but City's result meant they could only finish in second place.

Elsewhere, A hat-trick from Jean-Phillipe Mateta and a brace from Eberechi Eze saw Crystal palce thump Aston Villa 5-0.

Jurgen Klopp's time at Anfield finished on a high, as his side beat 10-man Wolves 2-0.

Manchester United beat Brighton 2-0 in what was Roberto de Zerbi's final game at the club.

Luton confirmed their relegation with a 4-2 defeat against Fulham, while their relegation rivals Nottingham Forest beat Burnley 2-1.

In the other games of the day, Tottenham Hotspurs beat Sheffield United 3-0, Chelsea scraped past Bournemouth 2-1, and Newcastle beat Brentford 4-2.
