Final Reminder to Take the Counter-Currents Movement Poll!
Greg JohnsonAs of this writing, 464 people have taken the Counter-Currents reader poll. Thank you! We have already learned a lot, as David Zsutty reported last week.
We have sent a total of 4985 invitations out. We would like to get at least 500 responses — around 10% of the total. That’s an excellent response rate, particularly since we are asking people to spend 30 minutes to an hour to complete it.
The survey ends tomorrow, May 15th. Remember: everyone who takes it will be entered into a drawing for a $500 prize.
- Please check your inbox or spam folder and fill out the poll today!
- Yes, that means everyone: writers, staff, volunteers, donors, regular commenters — not just casual readers. If you are on the mailing list, we want to hear from you.
- If you have not received an invitation, e-mail me at [email protected].
The purpose of this poll is to get a clear picture of our readers. This will help us to do two things:
- Better engage and mobilize the readers we already have.
- Craft better outreach to bring in more like-minded readers.
Once we complete this poll, we hope to make versions of it available to other pro-white groups, platforms, and organizations.
- Your answers are anonymous, because of course the questions are “personal.”
- There are 114 questions.
- The poll will take less than an hour of your time.
- The greater the number of people taking the poll, the better the data.
How do bad things happen even in a community in which most people mean well? Simple: people don’t act. Precisely because they know that their fellows mean well, they think that there’s no urgency in acting, since someone else will surely act, and thus everything will be okay.
But what if the other guy you are counting on is thinking the same thing about you?
Then things that you really want to happen, don’t happen — not from a lack of goodwill, indeed from an excess of goodwill, but from a lack of action.
Don’t let this project fall victim to this mindset. We are interested in learning about you. The other guy is just no substitute for you.
Here are some new reactions from people who have already taken it:
- Given the current political climate, few racially aware whites are comfortable speaking out. One of the downsides is that we have no clear picture of what makes white, racially-aware people tick and who they are. This poll is a great opportunity to shed light on this. It is a good, easy-to-complete questionnaire, and the findings will really help our cause. So please set aside some time and take this poll today.
- This poll was actually really fun to do, and helps the movement communicate more efficiently. It’s a win-win, so get going and take the poll!
- The poll takes under one hour to complete and is well worth the time. Counter-Currents and the Homeland Institute are fantastic resources and advocates for our people. Please help them by participating.
- Many of the questions are thought-provoking, and I look forward to learning of the information gleaned.
- Hey everyone, take this poll so we can work up a Venn diagram of who we are, what we have experienced, and what we believe.
- The poll didn’t take long at all, but it did give me a chance to really analyze my thoughts and opinions. The survey questions sparked a lot of self-reflection that I otherwise wouldn’t have done. I’m very glad to have taken the time and encourage everyone to take a few moments to complete it.
- This is an easy poll and well worth your time. Even if you’re new to the dissident Right sphere like I am, it’s still important to relay your thoughts.
- Why take the poll: We owe it to Counter-Currents for their nearly 14 years of consistently high-quality intellectual content. It’s the least we can do.
- I enjoyed taking the poll, both in terms of the rather revealing psychological test links provided (very interesting!) and the consideration of my own red-pilled journey to this point in time. Thank you.
- A more thorough poll regarding all things White Advocacy than I have never seen. This elaborate poll is, by FAR and away, the most detailed survey on the topic in memory — 5 ⭐️ rating from this fellow Westman.
- By taking this poll, the results will provide Counter-Currents essential data into what makes its readers tick: their backgrounds, personalities, interests, desires, and so on, relevant to making this a successful movement. I am glad I took it, especially after watching online Eva Vlaardingerbroek’s recent speech at CPAC 2024 in Budapest, warning of the existential immigration threat to our people and civilization. No surprise, but YouTube has blocked her speech.
- It is a good poll and it will move the movement of White Nationalism miles closer to success. This is the first time such a poll is being done in the White Nationalist movement. The data from this poll is very valuable to recruit more members and to influence the whole society with our political direction. Spend an hour of your time on this poll, it is a worthy cause.
- Please take the time to take this poll. How many times in the current age do nice white folks get to speak candidly about how they really feel? Here’s your chance.
The poll ends at midnight Pacific time tomorrow, so:
- Check your e-mail or spam folder for the invitation.
- Or, if you are not on our mailing list, join it today:
Thank you,
Greg Johnson

Come on, folks – chance to win $500, and you’ll be done in the time it takes to watch a TV show. Why not?
All kinds of bad actors want our information so we form the habit of being extremely reticent online.
This is the time to make an exception. Counter=Currents is our team. We positively want Counter-Currents to be as well informed as possible.
Maybe for the next poll you guys could include the option for Subsidiarty as something the Right should have as essential to the movement. I know there are some who aren’t fans of Catholics here but it seems like an idea worth stealing.
Last minute message to those who have not yet taken the poll: if you do nothing else beyond passively consuming WN information, take the poll. Let it be the one active thing you do to support the WN cause.
“You never thought the day would ever come, but at last it had. The neighbourhood you had just moved in to had a very low crime rate and the few trouble makers that were, were well known to the police and other relevant authorities along with the ordinary people living and working around and about. Miscreants who engaged in moderately serious wrong doings were normally shamed into leaving the community once they’d been punished in accordance with the new laws that had been recently introduced. People went about their business purposefully with good-natured positivity; children played out doors until almost dark with the older kids keeping an eye on the younger ones. Elderly folk would sit with drinks and sandwiches on their patios receiving visitors. Gardens and drive ways were well kept; women chatted to each other over fences or while standing on the pavement after having done some shopping. Men would grumble to each other about repair work that needed doing on their cars, or perhaps exchange DIY tips in addition of course to sporting news and what was going on in the wider world. Your parents had told you stories of how when they were small children, they had lived in communities just like this.
Your neighborhood was one of many that made up a district which was itself part of a larger region which enjoyed semi-autonomy from the other regions in the new bloc. The formation of the blocs had developed their own dynamic partly assisted by the gradual diminishing influence of central government brought about by it’s own incompetence and corruption. This pattern had been replicated not just in your own country but others too. The process started about five years earlier in the smaller countries of the mother continent that had for a long time been spared the worst manifestations of what people were now referring to as “The Bad Changes”. But these sudden changes for the worse had impacted on the ordinary people too quickly, causing a feeling of betrayed trust and uncertainty given form in acts of popular defiance and open rebellion towards central authority. This spread to other countries in the “Old Lands”. The sweeping mood of the masses proved irresistible with the existent self-serving political classes more or less abandoning their positions – quite often in frenzies of blue funk………………”
Sounds great doesn’t it?!
By taking the survey you will help CC utilise the combined gathered information in order to improve the site, thereby reaching out to more people who will have talents to offer that could in the long term help in some way bring about the above scenario.
DO NOTHING AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE. THE NIGHTMARE WILL CONTINUE.
This is a well organised, well designed, thoughtful and significant project – get in amongst it.
I took the survey and vouched for it on AmRen.
Hope you get at least 500 responses!
We are at 519 now.
I hope you guys are taking data sanitation and operational security into account. If it was easy for people to just sign up for the mailing list it would be easy for bad actors to feed you false or misleading data. At the very least I recommend comparing initial responses to later ones to see if there are any discrepancies.
This is why we have things like “margins of error.”
Congratulations on making it past the 500 submission mark! Glad to have taken part. Thankful for all you do, and excited to see some analysis and what that could lead to. Better organization, better tactics, a clearer understanding of what’s at stake and a clearer vision of how much better the future could be.
yet unborn generations call to account for their sloth that silent majority who have yet to do the needful
Support courageous and truthful people. Thanks for the website and all the activity around Counter-currents.
The poll is finished. 5,053 invitations were sent. 540 people completed the poll. More than 10% of the invitees.
146 people started but did not finish. We will have to look into why, to improve the poll for the next round. Still the completion rate is 78%.
Now we need to analyze the data and make improvements to the questions and the poll site.
Then we will see if other platforms and organizations wish to poll their mailing lists.
Thanks to everyone who participated.
