The Varnado Store Museum, located at 936 Pearl Street in Franklinton, has announced that the weekend of June 15th is a celebration of Living History. There is a lineup of people representing the Civil War era, World War I and II history, along with the Cemetery Doctor at 1 p.m., discussing care for old cemeteries and history!
Come on out for some history and first eyes view of things from our past!!
Also, plan to join the D. A. Varnado Store Museum Board Members and American Legion Post 24 on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. for a Memorial Day Ceremony located at the rear of the D. A. Varnado Store Museum
