Although he is one of the most famous faces in sports and entertainment, UFC legend Conor McGregor is still occassionally betrayed by his ego. One of the most recent displays of this was the time when Ryan Garcia appeared to miss his drug tests from the fight against Devin Haney. In a now deleted tweet, McGregor threatened Ryan for being a cheater and also called out Sean O'Malley. It didn't takehim long to delete the tweet but the damage was already done, McGregor didn't sound like he was completely sane when he wrote that. In his tirade, McGregor accused both of them for doing steroids and challenged them to a fight.

UFC legend Daniel Cormier spoke about this on the latest 'Funky and the Champ' podcast, where he talked about Conor's attitude with fellow veteran Ben Askren. This is what he said about McGregor's deleted message: "Is that why Conor is doing it though, because he can see that this young man (Sean O Malley) is following in his footsteps and he is becoming such a great star? Sean O'Malley hmself has said before that Conor McGregor is deeply jealous of what he has accomplished already. In many ways, 'Suga' Sean O'Malley is the new kid on the block that Conor used to transit. When he was in his prime, people were going crazy for him as they do with Sean today. For O'Malley, this is nothing but a show of jealousy. In his own podcast, Sean said: "Conor is one of the only guys that I would fight. That motherf***er's big. I'd fight him at 55. I do think there was a lot of jealousy. People like that, that big of an ego, he sees what's happening. He sees [that] he's starting to get pushed out [and] I'm starting to come up..."
