I can see new inbox emails arrive on the BB Hub for Android but they do not open. I have tried to refresh the App in PlayStore without success. I have had to set up my email accounts in Outlook for Android and it works so the problem seems to be with BB.

Is this on a BlackBerry Android phone like a KeyOne or Motion?

Or is the Hub Suite on some other Android phone?

And, did this just start to happen recently?

The web page at data:text/html; charset=utf-8;charset=utf-8;base64, could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

I had to downgrade my google chrome in the playstore, and I ignore all chrome updates. That's the only way I've been able to get the hub working with emails and replies.

The OP never did answer joelf's questions, and hasn't responded since, so guessing he's happy w/ Outlook for Android.

FWIW, For various reasons (none of them related to the BlackBerry apps), I just did a factory reset on my LG G7 ThinQ (Android 10), reinstalled HUB + Services, then the Inbox.

No problems opening, reading, or sending emails.
