Sorgues – Vaucluse

Top departure, at 5:05 p.m., at the Himalayan gateway “the voice Of the popes” spanning the Ouvèze. The route, 1.3 km long, will take the five porters to the heart of the municipal park before reaching the old center, with a arrival at Dis Iero Square, in front of the old Town Hall, at 5:30 p.m.

• This June 19, at the municipal park, 1,200 children will welcome the Olympic flame. The USEP of Vaucluse will organize a major sports day with around fifty different workshops. The City of Sorgues, sports and cultural associations, the AMDJ and the sorting ambassador of the Sorgues du Comtat urban community will participate in the celebration.

• At the end of the route, Dis Iero squarethe children will once again play the leading roles in welcoming the flame.

• From 6:30 p.m., at the municipal parkfestive and friendly evening: dance, food trucks, BMX show and sports demonstrations.

Ahead of this unforgettable day, numerous events will be scheduled:
