About 2024 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show
For 148 years, dogs and their handlers have been a part of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Viewers at home have enjoyed seeing their talents on display and checking out the wide variety of breeds in attendance. The WKC Dog Show strives to promote breed knowledge and responsible ownership.
This year’s dog show features more than 2,500 breeds falling into seven breed categories. Throughout the show, dogs will participate in the 11th Annual Masters Agility Championship, Best of Breeds, and many more events. At the end of the multi-day show comes the final portion when the top dogs are recognized as Reserve Best in Show and Best in Show, which is the ultimate title. One young handler will receive a special award for Best Junior Handler.
The 2024 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show features commentary from an impressive lineup of reporters and experts.
