ALGIERS- Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, arrived on Tuesday evening in Muscat, capital of the Sultanate of Oman, a sister country, as Special Envoy of the President of the Republic, carrying a written message from President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to his brother His Majesty the Sultan of Oman, Haitham ben Tariq, said the ministry in a statement.
