hello. I've seen posts here about granting AI souls but I'm having difficulty looking for a perk that enables you to actually grant them a working, organic body. just respectfully asking for help here if anyone knows?

I assume this means transferring their consciousness/data (not to sure about this because my jumpers never had much of a flair for sci-fi settings) to an organic body yes?
