Police said Roberts-Orr’s death represents Regina’s first homicide of 2024.
The investigation led police to arrest 24-year-old Isaiah James Dustyhorn and a 17-year-old boy who can’t be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Both are scheduled to appear in court on Monday afternoon.
