Very clean site with an impressive view of the city and the donau river. Also the sight itself is well maintained . During my visit there was some construction being done. But it was no hinder

I was at the Hrad almost 30 years ago. It seems that the renovation gave the castle a new life, it looks so fresh and wells preserved. On the other side there are some more works being done and parts of the castle are inaccessible. However, very worthy of a visit. Weather was very nice when we were there.

It took us quite a while to walk up to the Castle but well worth the effort. It is a very interesting Castle with a great history. When we were there an International Food Festival was on and we made good use of that. Spectacular views of the City, the UFO Restaurant and the Danube.

Free enterance, beautiful building and views, nice park on the side. great bar and restaurant with freshly squeezed fruit juice. Some contruction work is done which disrupts the whole experience

Around the castle was being dug up so a few areas were blocked off. Worth a look nothing fantastic since it was all mainly ransacked during the wars and most of it is all new but from the outside it is beautiful and gorgeous scenery too !! The food festival was brilliant !!
