Hello, You should try to Upgrade to the latest version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software. The remove any recently installed applications on your phone, this you can do with the DM - Desktop Manager - just plug the phone into the USB cable and connect it to the PC. If it dies not recognize your phone device, ignore the message and go into application loader and remove the latest installed apps/modules. Then disconnect and reboot phone. Also remember to install the latest version of BlackBerry® Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Go Into blue tooth options and uncheck all but hands free. Delete the picanto from blackberry and delete blackberry from picanto. Then repair to picanto. Seems to have sorted mine.
