DAVID SEIDLER

PRACTICE AREAS

For the past few decades, David R. Seidler has established a highly respected mediation and arbitration practice in Texas.  Mr. Seidler’s practice focuses on all forms of alternate dispute resolution as well as commercial litigation. He has conducted more than 3500 mediations and arbitrations of federal and state court cases involving real estate, oil and gas, aviation, products liability, and medical negligence matters, among others. Mr. Seidler was appointed by the First and Eighth Region Judges to serve as Special Master in Chancery for North Texas Baycol litigation, where he authored discovery and pre-trial rulings and presided over many hearings and depositions.
