The space
Cocagne Retreat is a beautiful 2 bedroom house situated in Cocagne NB, 25 minutes from Moncton. View to the beautiful Bay and historical Cocagne Island. The Island is a blue heron sanctuary and one of the nicest kayak routes in NB. During winter, come experience this wonderland of sights, tranquility and privacy this house has to offer. To be comfy in the hot tub at such cold temperatures is an absolute treat and will make you feel at the spa! This cozy rental is located in a very quiet and private environment. Perfect for any type of vacation, weekend getaways, special occasions and summer vacation. Enjoy comfort & and many close destinations all around.

The property has a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower and two seat jacuzzi, big living room with Murphy bed, fireplace and big tv, the first room has a queen bed with direct patio access to the deck with pool (only available during the summer) and hot tub (5 seater), the second bedroom has a single over double bunk bed.

Guest access
Parking is plentiful as it's the last house on the street.

Other things to note
During the winter period, the pool will be closed, the bbq will be stored, the fire pit will be unavailable due to snow, the seats, hamac and swing will be stored and the gazebo, patio table and chairs will also be stored. The hot tub is available year round (best part!)
