Dartmouth women’s soccer program reveals 7-member Class of 2028

HANOVER, N.H. – Stacy and Nick Branca Family Head Coach of Dartmouth Women’s Soccer, Taylor Schram and her staff have announced the seven incoming members of the Class of 2028 to join the program this fall.

The seven players comprise three forwards, two midfielders, a defender, and a goalkeeper.

Dartmouth’s Class of 2028, listed alphabetically is as follows:

MK Daly
Goalkeeper | 5’5 | Cary, N.C. | Cary

  • Member of the NC Courage USL U20 and U23 teams and NC Courage Academy ECNL
  • Claimed the 2022-2023 NC Courage USL U20 League Championship
  • 2023 Mid Atlantic ECNL Champion
  • Recipient of the 2023 USL U20 Golden Glove Award and NCFC Shield Award
  • Two-time All-Conference selection and Cary High School MVP
  • Member of the National Honor Society and Student Council member
  • Straight “A” Honor Roll for freshman through sophomore year

Lourdes Lauterborn
Midfielder | 5’8 | Phoenix, Ariz. | Xavier College Preparatory 

  • Led her team to four 6A Soccer State Championships (2021-2024)
  • Was named 2024 6A Premier Region Player of the Year, 2024 and 2023 6A All-Conference First Team, 2023 6A All-Premier Region First Team, and 2022 6A All-Conference Honorable Mention
  • 2023 ECNL All-Southwest Conference Second Team and 2022 ECNL All-Southwest Conference First Team with Utah Royals FC – Arizona
  • 2024 Gatorade Player of the Year Nominee
  • A member of the 2024 Arizona Republic All-Arizona team
  • Member of the Xavier College Preparatory Track and Field team, named 2021 Most Valuable Sprinter and Relay member, was also a team captain
  • Named the 2024 Xavier College Preparatory Offensive Player of the Year
  • Is a College Board-Advancement Scholar and earned the College Board National Hispanic Scholar and African American Scholar Recognition Award, honorable mention award for National-Computer-Women-in-Technology (NCWIT)
  • U.S. Soccer YNT National Identification Center in 2019 and 2022, member of the  Olympic Developmental Program Interregional West Team in 2022

Emily Garrard
Forward | 5’8 | Alexandria, Va. | Episcopal School

  • Four-year letter winner in soccer and indoor and outdoor track and field
  • Played in the ECNL for Arlington Soccer
  • Holds the school record for goals and assists in soccer and the school record in the 500m
  • Named All-League selection from 2022-2024, All-Met Honorable Mention in 2023 and 2024
  • Team Captain for soccer and track and field
  • Was inducted into Cum Laude society

Sarah Shelburne
Midfielder | 5’6 | Houston, Tex. | St. John’s School

  • 2x ECNL All-Conference Player with Albion Hurricanes FC
  • 2022 ECNL National Team Camp
  • 2021 U16 Virtual National Team Camp
  • Top Drawer Top 100 in 2024 class
  • Named a three-time All-Conference Player and two-time Most Valuable Player
  • Named team Captain her senior year
  • AP Scholar with Honors and graduated in the top 20 percent of her class

Blake Fox
Defender | 5’9 | Sarasota, Fla. | IMG Academy

  • A four-year starter at IMG Academy GA, Captain U19
  • Three-time ODP Regional Player

  • Girls Academy Southeast Talent ID participant
  • Four-year Champions Cup, three-year National GA Playoffs (with IMG)
  • Recipient of the Academic Excellence Award from IMG Academy
  • National Honor Society member

Emmanuella Frimpomaa
Forward | 5’2 | Techiman, Ghana | Hotchkiss School

  • Was named All-NEPSAC Class A team her junior and senior year
  • Named WNEPSSA All-Star
  • Named NEPSWSA Junior All-Star and NEPSAC Junior All-Star
  • Made the All-State team her junior and senior year
  • Named captain senior year
  • Selected for the Connecticut Senior Bowl team
  • Scored 45 goals in just two seasons with the Hotchkiss School

Abby Reger
Forward | 5’3 | Wayne, Penn. | Academy of Notre Dame de Namur

  • Letter winner in soccer and ran track and field
  • Played club soccer with Lower Merion Soccer club for six years
  • Final two years of club soccer with FC Bucks ECNL and the Philadelphia Ukrainians GA
  • Intramural youth soccer coach for LMSC
  • Academic Awards: Honor Roll for each semester during all academic years
  • Athletic Awards: Four‐year varsity starter and senior captain; selected All League, All County and All Area each season
