A serendipitous find…just walking down the street… Food was excellent (better than) French Bistro fare at a fair price in a cute casual setting. It didn’t hurt that the al fresco weather was sublime. What a well-balanced menu and wine selection with just the right level of service, allowing us our space and not stepping on any of the lovely dishes served, including a fantastic fois gras plate…followed by a generous helping of high quality veal medallions with a savory mushroom sauce. Add au gratin potatoes and fresh vegetables and we reached “fantastic.” The salmon and gorgeous local asparagus were outstanding. Can’t wait to go back and try the namesake dish and other enticing selections we saw going by…the cheese board looked classic. Even the butter for the typically fresh French baguette hit the target. Thank you for a wonderful (unexpected) dining experience!

Delicious food but slightly cool atmosohere. The fixed price menus were good value. The crevettes with salad a nice starter and calves liver tasty. Crepes with chocolate to end also good. I was lucky to get a place as it was full, even mid week. I didn't feel very welcome tho. A shame as otherwise would have been entirely positive

We had a reservation for Friday night here, and as a pretty cozy place, it was pretty much full all around. We got the coq au vin (duh) and also a beef fillet dish, along with red wines. Our entrees came with complimentary bread, and a shared side of potatoes gratin. Both entrees were rich, filling, and good. We ended our meal with a dessert of creme brulee. Our server was multilingual in French, German, and English.
