I really greatly appreciate this wonderful device. My old one just stopped working but I tell you I use my Air Fryers! This one is really great as it not only Air Frys but also Roasts. I haven't tried that yet but on Reheat it takes no time at all. A lot faster than my old one!

Tray locking issue

Approximately 8 months after purchasing the tray does not properly lock into the air fryer like it should. I bought this model after a recommendation. The customer service from Amazon, and from the company have been absolutely terrible. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and I know because I manufacture a product of my own. I’m not looking for a refund because I love the unit and I want to keep it. I just need to get it replaced. I’ve only had it for about eight months and they are telling me the warranty is voided after being bought on Amazon. The seller does not respond. Don’t buy from this seller “ WHOLE WORLD STORE” and Amazon. I highly recommend you do not buy this product through any Amazon sellers.
