When students love to learn, they excel! At BASIS Independent Manhattan, we seek to empower your child with a well-rounded education - one that encourages curiosity, exploration, and discovery as we prepare each child for the next step in their educational journey.

We are accepting applications for the 2023-24 school year for PreK-Grade 12. We have two campus locations:

Lower School (PreK-Grade 5) | Upper West Side

Upper School (Grades 6-12) | Chelsea

BASIS Independent Manhattan, home of the Wildcats, is a PreK-Grade 12 private school providing students an internationally benchmarked curriculum. The BASIS Curriculum offers an advanced program brought to life by passionate Subject Expert Teachers in a culture of support. Our curriculum prioritizes foundational knowledge through a diverse selection of courses such as fine arts, engineering, logic, history, differentiated mathematics, Mandarin, and more.

Students also engage in club and athletic offerings.
