About Me

Hi, I'm Peter 👋

I'm a design leader with 12+ years of experience in consumer app design. I've had the pleasure to direct and coach designers of all levels since 2015 and have a long history working in geographically dispersed, hybrid and fully remote settings.

Most recently, I was a design manager for Disney's suite of video streaming services, including Hulu, Disney+ and Star+ serving 160+ million global subscribers across web, mobile and living room devices.

Previously, I was a principal designer on Disney+ since it's inception where I led design initiatives, helped scale the team through hiring, evolved team processes and helped formalized multiple design sub-specialties.

In prior roles at BAMTECH Media, MLBAM and Vertigo Software I led multiple consumer app designs for a variety of media, entertainment and sports partners including Microsoft, MLB, NBA, NBC Golf, GoPro, Riot Games, Sony, Showtime and March Madness (Turner).

I thrive on solving complex challenges through great design and empowering teams to do the same. I pride myself on leading highly effective, empowered design teams and setting a design vision through story to achieve business and consumer goals. I love strategy, vision, and planning as much as I love UI animation & typography.
