Constantine in Season 2?

Discussion

Really enjoyed the show and can’t wait to see what being back in London will bring to the show. I hope, that since DBD is connected to the Sandman, we’ll see some more crossover between them. I really would love to see Constantine show up for an episode or two to help the boys solve a mystery. It’s a fun way to continue to use the actress and could open up for some original story ideas. It has some potential for sure.

John Constantine is a magician who appears in the Sandman comics to help dream get his bag of sand back. Constantine headed his own comic line called Hellblazer that ran for 300 issues. He’s a smart talking, blue collar like magician who uses his wit more than his magic to get through problems. Very interesting character.

On the Sandman show on Netflix, they adapted John to be Johnna Constantine, partly due to rights but also partly because Johnna Constantine is an ancestor to John so why not have the actress play both the ancestor character and a reimagined John.
