This was my first cruise, so I did not know what to expect. Overall it was enjoyable. Plenty of entertainment, the food was generally decent. The balcony room we had was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The main pool was too small, for the number of people on board. The pool area was always far too crowded. We stopped at Key West, but we didn't bother getting off because the port was not really close to any beaches, and from what I've read, the beaches are rocky. We got off at Nassau and did the trip to Blue Lagoon, It was lovely. Along the way, you get to see how the billionaires flaunt their wealth on lavish beachfront mansions. One thing about the cruise that was a drawback was the air-conditioning. Parts of the ship were very cold - especially the Tiger Bar. At the end of the cruise we came down with severe flu, and were laid up in bed in Miami for two days.…

The staff on the ship were friendly in general however the ship was not up to par compared to other ships. Special thanks angelic Sepiani, the bartending waitress on the 5th deck on my sailing who was always ‘available’ to me, especially on the ‘last day’. 😉 I sailed with her on the Divina as well in the past. I’m not sure why but the ship suffers from a slight vibration which is noticeable when you go to sleep. I was on an upper deck in the center of the ship and the waters were calm. Perhaps I was directly over an engine several decks below ? I noticed this vibration on the top deck in one place very late one night too. The food was ok and the live shows were average too. The bartenders on the 5th floor were ailing with something. Overall, an average ship the with the staff (Sepiani) making it a memorable one.…

Guys please stop listening to the bad reviews and experiences Msc Cruise for yourself. I did and upgrade to the Aurea experience and it was the best time I had on a cruise. The entertainment was rich, the special dinning and VIP treatment was beautiful. My Cabin Attendant was YOGANTARA, he did a wonderful job and spectacular Job. It was my husband's 🎂 birthday and our anniversary we felt so special. He went above and beyond❤️. There were notes and birthday cards. Then there was the specialty dinning which I had Javier from Honduras. He went above and beyond to make sure every evening dinning was exceptional. To top off our beautiful Aurea and all dinning experience the was the man in charge Rajsingh Joye this Head Waiter.. Guys try this for yourself 😍😍😍. Sorry my cruise was Miami keywest Bahamas Miami 🇧🇸 ..…

One bank of outlets in room. Buffet food meh. Everything overcrowded. Walls between rooms have no soundproofing. Outlets around the ship almost non existent.
