Nah, Kaiba was never really redeemed. He was just doing this for his brother to be safe and his own personal welfare. I respect that but that’s not really redemption because he’s always been playing Yu-Gi-Oh for himself. And Christopher? He’s doing this to support the team and defeat the Bagra Army as the Fusion Fighters. In his past though, he was doing this for his personal gain, which is not good in this case because him, Team Midnight and the Fusion Fighters all share a common enemy, which they eventually came to terms and defeated. So Christopher had a better redemption arc than Kaiba had. However, their past lives both involved the quest for power over an enemy. Man, Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh politics is crazy!
