This project is excellent, especially since I'm a tenant living in the HUDA builder floor area. It offers great connectivity to both public and private transport, with a metro station just 3.5 km away. The society boasts many small parks, and there's plenty of parking space nearby, which is very convenient.

Living in this area has its challenges. The roads outside the society aren't well maintained, and public transport, especially private buses, can be dirty. Good things here

This neighborhood is really well-kept, with big rooms and lots of great amenities. There's a nice clubhouse, a gym with all the equipment you need, and a big swimming pool. Kids have plenty of green parks to play in, and security is tight with cameras and guards around all the time. Plus, there are shops right here for groceries and other stuff you might need.

Roads of the society are well maintained, its well gaurded colony with security gaurd at both gate, its also very clean area, local market, shopping comlex and all amenities are available here, there are 3 big parks.

There is no lift in the society, it needs to be improved and metro connectivity is not available.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transportations are easily available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The society is well connected with market areas nearby and also schools, hospitals are available near the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, CCTV is intalled all over the society, Lifts are properly maintained. Amenities like gym, play area for kids are available, play ground is very big and everything is maintained properly. People are more or less cooperative in the society.

Overall, it's a wonderful place for a better quality of living.

Good things here

I lived in that society three years ago. The location was excellent, with hospitals, markets, auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses within 1km. There was open space, and cleanliness was well-maintained. The society had a private gym, and there was a shopping complex within the community. The people were friendly and nice.

The best thing i like about the society is the ease of connectivity in turms of direct connected roads and easy access through metro as well. other thing is that i have never faced any issues in rainy season like water clotting or something of that sort.

Hospitals, schools, markets, and every other thing is available in the locality. Ample parking space. It is a safe area. Crimes reports are low. There are power cuts in the area. Roads are not well maintained. There are some potholes.
