Lamario Lamar Billups, 34, of Peoria passed away on March 08, 2023
Lamario (Skeeter) was born on October 8, 1988, in Peoria, Illinois, the son of Elbert Billups and Benita Parker.
Lamario was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing basketball, drawing, gaming, and cooking. Most of all spending time with his family and friends loved especially his two daughters. He was an awesome father and loved his children dearly. Lamario was an outgoing person who loved to just have a good time and make people laugh. It was always something hilarious coming from his mouth and if you were down, he would lift you up with a funny joke. His amazing smile, charming and witty personality would light up any room he entered. His loving presence will truly be missed.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Joe Fields, paternal grandparents Andrew and Fannie Payton, four uncles Charles Laney, Stanley Laney, Morgan Fields, Joe E. Fields, two aunts Gloria Laney, Willie Mae Laney
