Everything You Need to Know About Sarah Hyland's New Man, 'The Bachelorette' 's Wells Adams

Sarah Hyland may have just made things Instagram official with rumored boyfriend Wells Adams

Wells AdamsThe Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise alum — sparked romance rumors with Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland after they celebrated Halloween together, and on Sunday, Hyland seemed to confirm that the two are an item.

“He puts up with me,” Hyland, 26, captioned a photo of herself sticking her tongue out, leaning into Adams, 33.

Adams shared his own adorable photo of the couple staring lovingly into each other’s eyes in front of a twinkly backyard. “Back lit AF,” he quipped.

A source previously told PEOPLE the two have “been friends for a while and now they’ve been hanging out and spending more time together,” adding that “they’re flirty.”

Here are five things to know about the reality TV star.

He’s a radio host — and he also has a podcast with Miley Cyrus’ sister.

For the past 10 years, Adams, has worked as a radio host in Nashville, including iHeartRadio stations Alt 98.3 and 105.9 The Rock.

He also hosts a podcast with Miley’s older sister Brandi Cyrus about their favorite things of the week called Your Favorite Thing.

Topics range “from music to politics, to Game of Thrones, to my stupid outfit…we talk about it all. I hope you enjoy!” Wells wrote in a Facebook post announcing the new podcast back in August.

He’s been on three different seasons of Bachelor programs.

Adams originally appeared on season 11 of The Bachelorette, vying for JoJo Fletcher’s heart, before he was sent packing in week 6. He went on to appear on season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise, and over the summer, he took over BiP bartending duties from the beloved Jorge.

During his time on BiP, sparks flew between Adams and contestant Danielle Maltby — both Nashville residents and longtime friends — but Maltby left Mexico early in pursuit of a career opportunity in Africa.

His brother auditioned for The Bachelorette before he did.

“My brother was going to be on The Bachelorette about six years ago, but at the last minute, he bailed, because he got into a relationship,” Adams told Refinery29. “He was still friends with some of the casting directors and when I became single about a year ago, he was like, ‘Hey, this is my brother, and he’s a radio DJ in Nashville, and I think he’d be great for the show.’ ”

“I didn’t take it super-seriously at first. If nothing else, I thought I’d at least be able to tell the story about the time I auditioned for a reality TV show and didn’t get it, of course. But it became evident that they were going to have me on the show and it became really exciting. It’s a crazy adventure that less than 1,000 people have gotten to go on,” he added.

His relationship requirement: must love dogs.

When Adams isn’t appearing on reality shows, the radio or his podcast, you might find him volunteering at the Nashville Humane Association. Every Thursday, the organization, which places more than 4,020 animals into homes every year, brings a dog that needs to be adopted to the iHeart studios, where Adams works, to take precious photos with the DJ.

“We’ll talk about the dog on the air and take pictures,” Adams told PEOPLE. “I’m a big dog person so anything I can do to help the National Humane Association, I’d do.”

Hs own dog is also a social media star: a 90-lb. bloodhound named Carl.

“Dogs have a weird ability to sense your emotions. They are very good at comforting you when you don’t feel so hot, or matching your emotions when you’re energetic. It’s weird how intuitive these beasts are,” Adams continued. “And the majority of humans are obsessed with them. I honestly do not know what I would do without my dog.”

He doesn’t like pizza or cats.

In his Bachelorette contestant biography on ABC’s website, Adams said, “I don’t love pizza. I know that’s weird, but it’s true.” In the same biography, he revealed that he would do anything for love — besides get a cat.
