Excellent book! You really can not find anybody who knows more about ping pong than the author!
The author Wu jingping is the coach for Ma Lin, Wang hao, Xu xin, Fan zhendong, and Qin zhijian, the current head coach for the men's team in China. The book is focus on training for pen holder, but most training principles and plans can be used for shake hand players as well. This book is a must have for coaches and advanced players. However, if you don't read Chinese, or you are a chopper, this is not the best book for you.
