Dibesh Pokharel (Arthur Gunn)
Arthur just may be the one to beat this year. As if the singer's rendition of “Have You Ever Seen the Rain?” by Creedence Clearwater Revival in the audition round wasn't amazing enough already, he followed up with stellar performances of Otis Redding's "Hard to Handle" and Bob Marley's "Is This Love." When deciding who should be in the top 20, Lionel told Arthur that putting him on the list was one of the "easiest" decisions. Clearly, America agrees and thinks Arthur deserves to be in the running for the top prize.

Dillon James
The "Country Post Malone" showed all the judges what he was made of when he took on "Make You Feel My Love" by Bob Dylan. Since the first time the judges met him, he's continued to stand out among the rest. For his Hawaii showcase, Dillon once again went with a Bob Dylan number and chose "The Times They Are a Changin.'" Now, he's focused on his next goal: winning over America. So far, he appears to be succeeding.

Just Sam
Like Luke said, there's nothing "just" about Just Sam. Though she got off to a somewhat rocky start in her audition, she brought it home in the end singing Andra Day's "Rise Up." She continued to push herself round after round, receiving particularly great feedback for singing the Selena hit “Como La Flor" in Hawaii. Now, she's looking forward to continuing to wow the judges and America with her stellar vocals.

Louis Knight
"I think he may be the biggest star we've ever had on American Idol," Luke declared after Louis stunned the panel singing his original song called "Change." The performer continued to tug at the judges' heartstrings in Hollywood Week, giving them an emotional rendition of "Hold Me While You Wait" by Lewis Capaldi. Though the judges weren't quite as excited about his showcase of “Castle on the Hill” by Ed Sheeran, they gave him another chance to show off his true talent. Thank goodness they did, because when it came time for the country to vote, America put him in the top 7.
Francisco Martin
Lionel and Luke may have had to take extraordinary measures to get Francisco to calm down for his audition, but it was well worth the effort in the end. After nailing "Alaska" by Maggie Rogers, Francisco was better able to keep his nerves in check while belting out James Bay's "Hold Back the River." Finally, his self-assurance was solidified by the time the singer made it to Hawaii, which gave the judges the confidence to give him a pass to the top 20. Since then, he's earned lots of praise from Idol viewers at home.
Julia Gargano
Julia did so well on day one, Katy couldn't help but give the songwriter a big hug after her audition was over. From there, Julia continued to take on every challenge with grace. Though she was particularly nervous in Hawaii while singing Pink's "Glitter in the Air," she made it through. "You [are] definitely becoming a front runner," Luke told the artist. "Keep pushing yourself."

Jonny West
Katy warned Jonny that there was a very good chance that he would make it further in the competition than his girlfriend and fellow Idol competitor Margie Mays — and the "Roar" singer's prediction ultimately came true. Even though it was tough for Jonny to carry on without Margie by his side (after she was eliminated in Hollywood Week), he pulled out an incredible rendition of The Fray's "You Found Me" in Hawaii that put him in the top 20. From there, he continued to soar while singing at home — and now, he'll have a shot at the title.
