Frank Toma was a police officer for the CPD. He was portrayed by Ben Youcef.
Biography[]
He featured in an episode where a terrorist attack occurred. After a bomb went off at a festival, Toma disappeared. It was later uncovered that he was working to stop multiple terrorist attacks while under the PD's radar. Toma ended up shooting himself in the head as a result of these attacks and his involvements (in trying to take down the terrorists). He died a hero.
