Our experience was amazing! The food, service and ambience was exquisite. JiJi, our server was outstanding. The location and view of the Eiffel Tower was second to none. This is a must to consider for an unforgettable evening. We unequivocally recommend this restaurant to dine in while in Paris.

We made a down payment to hold a table. The host was amazing she insured we got a great table however, the waiter neglected to tell us when the kitchen closed so he allowed us to sit there for 25 minutes then we ordered that he came back 15 minutes later to tell us the kitchen was closed and blamed it on the hostess. He did not even do anything to help us with the bill, because the snacks that we ordered were cold and undercooked.

Everything was wonderful at Cafe du l'homme! We sat outside with the most unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower! There were heaters, as it was a little chilly, which made us comfortable. The food was delicious - we had burrata and tomatoes and asparagus for appetizers; the filet mignon, truffle pasta, and the fregola sarda for entrees. The drinks were great, too. We had such a perfect experience. Greg, our waiter, was so helpful and attentive. If we are ever in Paris again, we will definitely go back!

We had a once in a life time experience as we were there to celebrate our 40th anniversary! Everyone from the manager and waiter spoiled us. The food was amazing. We would go often if we lived in Paris!

Ambience and service was tip top. But the food was sub-par and not value for money. So if you are looking at tasty food it’s not this place. If u are looking for good view and ambience this is good place for that.

I brought my partner here for her birthday and paid for the terrace experience. The description of the experience the restaurant gives does not reflect what you get. One of our seats had beautiful views of the tower, the second did not as it was covered by an umbrella. I asked was it possible for us to move to a table with better views as I paid 120 EUR to sit with so called guaranteed views of the Eiffel Tower. When I asked, the waiter started listing the different prices saying you payed 60 for this seat and this is what you get for that. Naming the prices was incredibly rude and awkward especially as I brought my partner here as a surprise for her birthday and obviously wasn’t planning on her learning about the price. For a “classy” restaurant the service was subpar at best. Although the views of the Eiffel Tower were still amazing, it was definitely not worth the money spent, especially because the food wasn’t even great. The steak my partner ordered was over cooked and the waiter acted like it was fine. The best thing about what we ordered was the cocktail, which was delicious, but the food was very basic. The part of the experience that bothered me the most was that the waiter charged me for the prepaid experience. Only because I had proof of the date I had booked and paid for it did he give me the real bill, but he didn’t apologise and it left a bad taste in my mouth that he was purposely overcharging us as one look at our booking showed I had already paid. Overall, I’d definitely recommend everyone to book somewhere else for a nice restaurant experience, and just go see the Eiffel Tower up close right beside the restaurant. I regret choosing this restaurant and am really disappointed with this “experience” that was promised.

It is quite an experience. I would say it is a place where the food matches the view. Everything is excellent, the food, the service, the ambiance, the view of the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely go back if I could every time I go to Paris.

We felt discriminated against because we were two foreigners and women, so we left the restaurant. They had brought other customers to a table that had not been introduced to us, and my friend was crying. It was the first time I had experienced something like this while traveling. This restaurant made me hate the city of Paris.

Overpriced - only perk is the view of the Eiffel Tower, food is mediocre at best so when combined with the price they want to charge, it is outrageous. All starter and dessert options are cold (everything is pre made) and the mains came out luke warm and lacking flavour, especially the chicken and gnocchi. Left hungry and unsatisfied, not worth the €270 spent for dinner for two.

From the first greeting by the hostess to the last bite of dessert one of the best dinning experiences I’ve ever had in Paris. Great views, excellent food, first class service and one of the most talented chefs in Paris!! Can’t wait to ho back.

The dinner was a private, romantic birthday dinner for my wife and the staff and the food did not disappoint. Cozy table by the window overlooking the Eiffel Tower was awesome! Waiter was excellent and also volunteered to be our photographer. Food was delicious. My wife love it!

The food and service were both okay. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. All went well throughout our experience until the end when our server brought our check to us. Upon handing over the bill, he knelt down to interrupt our conversation and told my husband and I “this is the bill and it is customary to add a ten to twenty percent tip onto this total.” It became very awkward and this point and we politely said “okay” and continued our conversation at the table. He then interuppted us again and asked “so do you want to add a tip?”. My husband looked up and said “No. I do not.” The waiter then announced for the table to hear “ok, no tip for this time”, typed in the final total on his hand held device and hastily handed over the receipt after it printed out. For a restaurant that charges on average $70 per person to eat there, this should not have happened. We felt singled out because we were American. Would this waiter have walked up to a table full of French people and requested a tip? I think not, since it is NOT customary to tip in France. Would not recommend this restaurant if you’re American.

The cafe offers a superb view of the Eiffel Tower. I booked a table for 3 pm and was disappointed as the kitchen closed at that time. We had dessert and drinks which was a satisfactory compromise. I have a magnificent photograph of my daughter and I beside the Iron Lady so I will cherish that. 🩷

Excelente, comida, servicio, lugar, la vista !!! Todo muy bien. Costo? Considero un poco alto pero por el lugar, la vista y calidad de los alimentos , lo amerita.

The staff was phenomenal — friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home! The food was delicious and filling! We had a wonderful time in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower!
