Best dessert EVER!

Not only was the spaghetti dinner wonderful, I bought a piece of Lemon Mascarpone cake for my husband for his birthday and it was out of this world! I’ve never had anything so good before!

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday as everyone said, the lasagna was really good. It was just average. The sauce was just OK really not a lot of flavor. We also had spaghetti and meatballs the wings which weren’t cooked all the way through and a sandwich. Service was good, but the food was just average little disappointing with all the hype. Restaurant is on the Square very small and gets very crowded early. They have outdoor seating but only in the summertime. Still not sure of all the hype on the pasta dishes.. a little disappointed,

Guidos has always been good however, lately they have been working short handed.....and the food AND service have improved DRAMATICALLY! Fish from a pizza joint? You bet. Sausage and angel hair pasta is VERY good. Pizzas are much better, the front counter folk are MUCH more efficeint and personable. I hope they never get back to full strength again! Oh and order something that includes jojo's at your own risk! Guido's single handedly is keeping at least one Idaho potato farmer in business!!

Worth a small wait!

We were here on a Thursday night and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. Waitress was friendly and efficient. I ordered chicken parmesan and my husband ordered spaghetti with meatballs and sausage which was way too much for him to finish! They also bring fresh made warm bread which was perfect-crusty outside, soft inside. If we lived here we would definitely go here often!

Excellent homemade Italian!

My family had a delightful lunch. Great service and the food was good. A little disappointed that I couldn't enjoy a nice glass of Chianti with my dinner, but that is my problem! The lasagne is brilliant!

"Best pizza in Ravenna"

Stopped in for lunch. This is where the locals go for pizza . A friendly greeting when we walked in & we were told to sit where we wanted. Taking a booth in the corner, we watched the steady stream of people picking up their orders. We ordered a large pizza (excellent) with 2 Diet Cokes and the bill came to $22.00. Even had enough to take home. Why go to a "chain" when you could eat here. Street parking available. Will go again.

if ever in Ravenna you have to try Guido's,been around since the 60s and they have great food. try the Lasagna.

OLD SCHOOL RESTAURANT AWESOME

Guidos does a LOT for people with disabilities in Portage County. There are two locations the RAVENNA LOCATION IS AN ACTUAL SIT DOWN RESTAURANT. THE KENT LOCATION IS TAKE OUT DELIVERY ONLY. I have always loved the old school style of the restaurant in Ravenna, it feels like something from a time gone by.

nice stop for pick up

We stopped here in our day tour of the area. We ordered a chicken parm sandwich and the loaded philly cheese. The chicken parm was very good with lots of flavor. The philly cheese had awesome amounts of ingredients but was really bland. Needed some kind of spices for flavoring. The prices were very reasonable and we would definitely stop in here again.

All the food here is beyond delish. Very busy on the weekends so recommended weekdays for dine in or pick up. Check daily specials too. You will never have a bad meal here

A part of Ravenna, Ohio since 1966. Never disappoints. Good soups, pasta, sandwiches, and pizza. Chicken and jo jo potatoes always a favorite. Plus their own soda, root beer and creme soda. I always visit at least once when returning to Ohio

Lasangna Please!

Went to movie at Ravenna 7(a block away) and then to Guido's for dinner. We ate outside on their front sidewalk patio and had great service. The lasagna was excellent! The serving size was large enough that I took 1/2 home for dinner a night later! We enjoyed so much we did a repeat a week and a half later!!!
