Tara Brady Irish Times Non-vocal zombies make for a fine and creepy innovation. And not a rampaging horde in sight. Rated: 3/5 Jul 20, 2020 Full Review David Stratton The Australian The Night Eats the World is a minimalist horror film, well made and very well acted and not without interest. But anyone expecting the usual thrills of a zombie movie will be quickly disillusioned. May 10, 2019 Full Review Paul Byrnes Sydney Morning Herald If you are going to take a dusty old premise, you have to be creative -- and director Dominique Rocher does this with flair. Rated: 3/5 May 8, 2019 Full Review Nyle Coleman InSession Film The going is very slow, and unlike other films that manage to have a single character carry the film while keeping the audience engaged, it becomes tedious not too far in. Rated: C+ May 9, 2024 Full Review Kristy Strouse Wonderfully Weird and Horrifying The Night Ate the World is unhurried, thought-provoking, and features an absorbing performance from Anders Danielsen Lie to make something new out of an aged premise. Nov 9, 2022 Full Review Dax Ebaben Bloody Disgusting The Night Eats the World is a well-crafted nightmare that holds its own among the best zombie films in recent memory. Rated: 3.5/5 Aug 27, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Neto N Good movie but too slow, there was too much filler scenes Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/06/24 Full Review Kiss K Boring shots of paris makes up half the movie. Silent zombies are pretty creepy but other than that it's a waste of time. The whole movie a dull shitshow. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/18/24 Full Review Jeffrey P The zombie genre may be fatigued, but this holds it's own. The focus is good but the pacing a bit slow. It did spend a bit too long on the mundane tasks one would inevitably fall into during the start of such an event, but it helped give it a more real vibe and feel. The ending wasn't much of an ending at all. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/24/24 Full Review Jeremy S It's all character and atmosphere, without a great deal of action or all that much of a plot. If a slow character study with zombies is your bag, you very much might like this. If your idea of a great zombie movie is a Resident Evil installment, you're probably not gonna dig it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/18/24 Full Review Ailyn R Not your typical zombie movie (in a good way!). The character development was so real and made me feel like I was right there with Sam. Giving it 3 stars because I'm unsure if I want to see it again since I like more fast paced movies, but it was still a good watch. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/10/24 Full Review Jerod S Less of a zombie film and more of a loneliness film. As the main character fights to stay alive, he mostly fights to say sane. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/24 Full Review Read all reviews
