Tuskegee University Reviews
Rating 3.49 out of 5 1,257 reviews
Overall, I have enjoyed my time at the illustrious Tuskegee University, as a transfer nontraditional student I feel as though all of my professors have made this a very conducible learning environment. Having children has not stopped me from progression into the crowds necessary to help me achieve my goals, and my professors have been very supportive as I have made the transition into the college life not only with the children I started here with (2boys) but also with my most recent pregnancy, they are so helpful and understanding when it comes to my needs as well as those of my kids. 10/10 I highly recommend!
It was not what I expected for my first year. Campus life is full of activities and events for students. The food is ok, but once dining closes their are not many food options on or around campus. I was disappointed that I has a TA for my first major class but most of the professors were good and worked with the students. The dorms are older on campus for freshmen. Overall it was a good experience. Many students are from Alabama and Georgia or states nearby.
My experience with Tuskegee University has been a totally different experience with me. When I first toured the school was so in love with the school I just knew it was school. When I moved in I was too excited for being here and loved the scenery and just loved the people because they were all so nice. When September came around party came around they safety around here was so bad. We had bad experiences around this time and everybody wanted to transfer. Then homecoming around and everybody loved Tuskegee again I just couldn't see myself not being at Tuskegee. The only thing that really makes me upset being here is the food at the cafe and the professors mostly all the professors here are foreign and I can't really understand them so this makes me have to teach myself. Also one thing that I dislike is housing and how freshman get treated the worse.
