How do I gain the courage to go to the doctor?

I already posted here a while back about the same topic, but basically I've been struggling to breathe for multiple months now (my theory is asthma). I went to the doctor like 3 months ago but they didn't find anything wrong. I feel like my breathing is getting worse (it's currently 3:30 am and I can't sleep because of it)

Anyway I really don't want the social interaction, and I feel like going there would be useless anyways since my breathing is fine during the day so it's harder to find something wrong.

So any advice on how to get the courage to go is welcome or tips on wtf to say to the doctor

One time I had to go to the doctor and she thought I had hypertension and told me to mesure it at home for a week or so, it was only because I was anxious to talk to a stranger who is a woman which does not make it easier and for that I was so anxious my heart rate was so high, it happens to me everytime I have to do things like that, interviews, réunions, phone call to people idk, doing something new, ordering food and stuff like that.

BTW you have allergies I had that when I was younger and took time to get rid of it

this happens to me every time i go to the doctor too and i let them know before they even measure my heart rate that it’s going to be ridiculously high (like 150) 😭 unfortunately once a doctor didn’t believe me that it was anxiety and sent me to the hospital because she thought i was dying lmao
