This place rocks! Decently affordable for what they have to offer. They fix what needs fixed quickly. Apartments are beautifully designed. Screened in porches are AMAZING! Pool is beautiful. They have a gym for cardio and light workouts. And no violence or theft in the community.

I love living here for 3 reasons. 1: neighbors are awesome!! Everyone is so friendly. 2: the dog park! Letting my dogs get their energy out off the leash is great. 3: it’s sooooo peaceful here. No loud noises, no heavy traffic! Close to everything! Life’s good ;)

This community has been such a blessing for me through a stressful time of moving. I am so thankful for Hannah's quick attentiveness to make my move go more smoothly than I expected. The neighbors are amazing & have really made me feel welcomed and part of the Rowan Park family! The apartments are truly just like the pictures & are beautiful. I also have to mention the maintenance guy Les. He is outstanding and addresses any issues instantly. I am looking to move around May of 2023, so I have been exploring my options and touring many places. Rowan Park stood out to me from the moment I walked through the door! Hannah in the office was quick to stop what she was working on and made sure I had her undivided attention. She was so helpful explaining the community, what is around the area, and why residents choose here to live. I can tell it has a lot to do with her! She made me feel so welcome where as other places I went I felt like a... burden for inquiring. I have the two bedroom and two bathroom apartment layout (the Oakley) and it is simply amazing. The floor plans are way more spacious than the pictures and virtual tours display and I absolutely love my two balconies (one closed in)! Moving here from Richmond, VA, Hannah was such a joy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed before and after the move.
