When it comes to boy bands, the first group that comes to mind for most is Backstreet Boys. The hit group of the '90s (to the early 2000s) took pop music by storm, closely followed by the similar N'SYNC. From platinum-certified albums to sold-out tours across the globe, these groups hit the scene hard. While these are certainly two of the biggest names in the history of boy bands, they are actually far from the only ones—and they weren't even the first in terms of boy bands.
