E-VOA site does not seem to work

Hello everyone,

Has anyone used the official site recently to apply for e-Voa for Bali. I registered on the site and received an email which needed to be activated. The activation wouldn't go through at all. Was trying to get the e-Voa to avoid anticipated long queues at the airport. The site is https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/

Earlier, Indian passport holders did not need a visa for Bali if flying in/out of Bali for less than 30 days. Can anyone confirm if this is changed?

Thank you

The e-VOA site is down. I do not know when it will be up again.

Before the pandemic, Indians and most other nationalities could receive a Free 30 Day Visa Exemption.

Now, everyone except ASEAN citizens needs to buy a VOA, either online or at the Indonesian airport when they arrive.

I did a dummy run 10 minutes ago.

Took 90 seconds and not a problem.

Some of us are just lucky I guess?

Hi all.

Can you confirm what the official online visa site is pls for Bali?

Ill get one before visiting if its easy, but want to avoid any 3rd party sites.

Also, does it cost for Australians? Ive read conflicting reports about cost vs no cost.

Thanks!

Michael, the official site address is shown in the opening post. e-voa/voa is IDR 500,000 for aussie passport holders.

We are coming from the US and I have tried several times without any luck. Maybe it is based on place of origin?

Tanya A, it did not go through for us either and we are Australia. Luck of the drawer. Probably why so many people queued up at VOA counter.

We landed around 9:30pm Saturday night, boy am I glad we did e visas, there was an ocean of people and the VOA counter when we got there and we just walked straight past. Waited in line at immigration for maybe 15 minutes, straight out the other side, bags already on carousel and not 1 person lined at customs as now it’s the QR code. Very smooth process.

Lynne has yours gone through yet, I did mine on Saturday, took about 2 hours due to the damn thing getting stuck in a loop. Finally went through. I think their system can't cope with all the traffic. Good luck and happy holiday.
