  • Here’s an insanely RARE PAISTE….a testament to their constant innovation.  Check out that square bell - and on a 20” Crash Ride.

  • A favorite of Jim Keltner’s back in the day, this incredibly rare Paiste Sound Formula 20” SILK CRASH RIDE sports a squared - off bell.

  • Masters of innovation (the flat ride, sound edge hi hats etc) these Paiste squared-off bell cymbals make fleeting cameos in the catalog but are rarely seen in person.

  • Sonically this cousin to the Signature falls between a smooth Dark Crisp Ride and a Flat Ride.

  • This gorgeous SF has a sweet and glassy tone that remains controlled but has much more presence than a Flat Ride.

  • Classic Signature alloy very clean and smooth tone with an innate control and mellowness.

  • Crashes with a clean, full tone but still remains a bit controlled.

  • Broad dynamic range. Very responsive at lower volumes but can really roar when you lay into it.

  • No wonder it was a Keltner choice - it’s both unique and a joy to record.

  • Fantastic shape with a light patina.

  • Damn near impossible to find.
