首先，We have not received your reply until now.　這一句並不是「仍未收到回覆」，而是「直到現在才收到你的回覆」。要弄清楚的是，「Not... until」的意思其實是「直到…才…」，與你想表達的意思不同。例如：

• I heard a lot about her. But I have not seen her until now.

（久仰她的大名。但直到現在才見過她。）

• He had a lot of work. He did not go to sleep until 5 a.m.

（他還有很多工作未完成，他工作至到凌晨5時才睡。）

如想改正和表達「仍未收到回覆」 的話，有兩個簡單的方法：

1. 把until now刪去，因為have not received已經帶有「直到現在」的含意：

• We have not received your reply.

2. 又或把until now改成so far：

• We have not received your reply so far.

• Just wondered if you got my email of Dec 20th. (與對方熟悉，語氣較為隨意)

• Your prompt reply is very much appreciated. (語氣較為正規)

• Appreciate it if you could take this on your urgent consideration to check. (直接但有禮貌)

• Your immediate reply is required. (語氣較重)

• I am yet to receive an update from your end, requesting you to reply ASAP. (直接且有強逼性)
