Five Liverpool FC Women players were involved for their countries in Tuesday’s UEFA Women’s Nations League fixtures.

In St. Polten, Marie Höbinger’s Austria beat Sophie Roman Haug’s Norway 2-1, with the former playing all but the final moments of stoppage time and the latter a half-time introduction from the bench.

Emma Koivisto featured for the entirety of Finland’s 2-2 draw away at Slovakia, while Ceri Holland was sent on in the 65th minute for Wales as they drew 0-0 with Germany in Swansea.

At Hampden Park, Jenna Clark played the opening 45 minutes as Scotland suffered a 6-0 defeat by England.

Elsewhere, Shanice van de Sanden was an unused substitute for the Netherlands’ 4-0 win against Belgium, for whom Yana Daniels also remained on the bench.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, Teagan Micah was in goal for Australia as they lost 1-0 to Canada in Vancouver, in the second meeting of their friendly double-header.
