Following her debut role in "Waiting to Exhale," Raycole has appeared in multiple films and TV shows, including "The Lincoln Lawyer," co-starring Christopher Gorham, Becki Newton, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo.

She was later cast to play Izzy Lets, scripted initially as "a sexy tomboy." During an interview, the actress revealed that she had to prepare for the role mentally and proposed her character be written as part of the LGBTQ+ community. She shared:

"I'm not a part of the LGBTQ+ community, but I think where we connect is the juxtaposition of finding out where you have been and going someplace else. I think, for me, in my personal life anyway, there was a huge transition a few years ago. You think you are going to be something, and then it changes."
