This online program is challenging compared to traditional colleges. I have attended traditional schools, did not participate, and just did my homework. University of Arizona Global Campus ensures that you are participating in discussions with the class, reading the literature, and has an intense amount of academic writing, which is excellent for enhancing your skills. I did not write as much with traditional colleges and did not have the technology and resources available that the University of Arizona Global Campus offers. If you are looking for a rigorous academic program that challenges you to contribute to your field, process your thoughts and ideas, argue your points, and support with literature, this program will be great for you. I have graduated previously from the University of Arizona Global Campus and felt proud of the amount of work I accomplished. It was not easy. I think the amount of writing and participation made it ten times harder than traditional college.
Most classes I have taken so far were fantastic, the teachers interacted so it gave the feeling of a traditional classroom setting, they were also very involved in our weekly discussions and made the six weeks fun, minimal stress, and no too overwhelming. There was one class that the professor had no business teaching, but it ended up okay in the end. I hope that the rest of my classes will be as enjoyable as the others I have taken so far.
Easy. Classes are 6 weeks. Each week is browken down with a discussion post assignment and journal or quiz
Regarding pay after my degree, it should be noted that I have been at my place of employment since before I completed my master's degree and my income was promotion based, not education based.
I completed an online psychology program and was not informed that this program did not lead to licensure until after I completed my degree. Additionally, it was difficult to reach my academic advisors. Students were not actually held to deadlines for document completion which degraded overall participation in each course.
The staff is beyond helpful. Being in the military and considering my life circumstances this online university fit very well to accomplish my goals.
It has been amazing through my hardships in life this school has allowed me to graduate on time and has given me a great experience
It has been fifteen years since I have been in college and my last online experience was nothing like it is today. The University of Arizona Global Campus has so many resources and great communications with advisors you're absolutely set up for success. The site is completely user-friendly, making it VERY easy to navigate. I love everything about my online experience this go-around and couldn't be happier at The University of Arizona Global!
The University of Arizona global campus is an amazing way to go back to school and get your master's degree in an affordable an organized way that understands the busy life that adults have. The University of Arizona global has a lot of help to see their students succeed. I've gotten countless help myself from the tutors that are offered and utilize the resources that are there to help me better myself as well as give me a better understanding of the topics in which I am learning.
Always willing to help succeed what more could I ask for? Also works well with scheduling and making sure the best needs are met for individuals also very understanding that life happens but it shouldn’t stop you from earning your degree!
I am studying Human Resources and have my bachelor's in the same field. What I like most about UAGC is that they provide the books needed for every class you take. Also, the scheduling is flexible, and the professors understand that life happens and are willing to work with you if you need more time to complete assignments.
I received zero pay increase and shafted with extra fees.
As a dedicated student and a veteran who served my country with honor, I embarked on this educational journey with high hopes and a strong commitment to achieving my degree. However, my experience has been marred by a series of issues that have left me deeply disheartened.
One of the most glaring issues I encountered during my time with the University of Arizona Global Campus was the failure to factor in the total cost of the program. This lack of transparency and oversight has created a substantial financial burden for me, which now stands as a significant roadblock to obtaining the degree I have worked tirelessly to earn. This is not only financially burdensome but also deeply unfair to students who trust in the institution's integrity and transparency.

I really enjoy learning from the professors. They are always helpful and my classmates all help to push to think outside of the box and strengthens our knowledge.
My academic advisor is really hands-on with providing information about scholarships, enrollment, class structure and more. Because I work full-time, she goes around my schedule to make sure that I have enough time to focus on the information she is providing.
I enjoyed all of the help that I got from teachers, advisors, and other students. I knew what was expected from me every week. I enjoyed how the classes were 5 weeks in length, but I was able to complete at my own pace. I enjoyed it so much that I am looking at going back to school for my masters
Please note, my classes do not begin until June 27, 2023, thus my responses are not reflective of the questions asked.
